About Tcdeaf.com

The mission of Tcdeaf.com is to provide news and media services to the Deaf, Hard of hearing, and signing community of Minnesota. Our goal is to inform, unite and engage this community through our news services.

This website was established in 2000 by Richard Taylor. His decade long efforts to serve the deaf community is now sponsored by the Minnesota Association of Deaf Citizens, with administrative and technical support provided by Signcasts.

Volunteering

Tcdeaf.com is a volunteer led effort, and we are always seeking more volunteers to join our team. We are especially looking for those who are passionate and can contribute to specific fields of interest, such as Interpreted Theatres.
